Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the coaching services provided by Danna Yahav, Chameleon Consulting (Designed for Wealth) ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our coaching services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Services Provided

We offer coaching services in Designed for Wealth's Work. Our services include personalized coaching sessions, teaching, sharing, guidance, and support tailored to your individual needs.

Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that our coaching services are for personal development and education purposes only and do not constitute therapy or medical treatment. You agree to actively participate in coaching sessions, communicate honestly and openly, and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with your explicit consent.

Payment and Refunds

Payment for coaching services is required in advance and is non-refundable. We accept payment via Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect sessions already paid for. You agree to pay back all payment for programs which allow for a payment plan even if the program is already completed. 

We do not issue refunds due to lack of attendance in program, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By signing up for this program, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued.

If you have been permanently removed from any Chameleon Consulting LLC’s (Designed for Wealth) programs due to non-payment, you are not eligible for good faith payment plans in the future. If you do decide to enroll in another program, you must pay-in-full and/or remit all payments prior to services or digital products being rendered. False chargebacks or disputes towards Chameleon Consulting LLC via any payment processors are required to be paid back within 5 business days and can result in a permanent ban and block. 

Intellectual Property

All materials provided to you during coaching sessions, programs, classes including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, processes, cheat sheets, slides, workbooks, and resources, are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our coaching services. Our total liability in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the coaching services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our coaching services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
